What makes KRAFTRESERVE different?
Depending on the molecular structure, a particular form of magnesium is absorbed by the body faster or slower. For example, magnesium trivalent dicitrate and magnesium malate are absorbed very quickly but are therefore only available to the body for a short period of time.
Magnesium oxide is absorbed much more slowly - but it has a depot effect. Finally, magnesium bisglycinate is bound to the amino acid L-glycine, making its use very gentle on the digestive system.
KRAFTRESERVE therefore supplies the body with one of the most important minerals quickly and in the long term. Since you only need to take two capsules per day, each pack (180 capsules) provides a long-term supply that lasts for approximately three months.

Which raw materials are used for the individual magnesium compounds?
The ingredients of KRAFTRESERVE are of natural origin only:
- 426.8 mg tri-magnesium dicitrate from citric acid
- 400.0 mg magnesium oxide from brine (salt compound)
- 301.0 mg magnesium bisglycinate (from the amino acid glycine (vegetable))
- 300.0 mg magnesium malate from malic acid.
Can the capsules be opened?
Yes, the contents can easily be taken independently of the capsule.
The powder clumps in water - is that bad?
No, some of the compounds are poorly soluble in water - but this has no effect on the quality or effect. The longer the powder is stirred in water, the more homogeneous it becomes.
The recommended guideline value for magnesium is 300-350 mg daily. Why does Kraftreserve contain 400 mg?
Illness, stress or sporting activities increase the daily requirement for magnesium. As we assume that nowadays everyone is confronted with some form of stress every day, we have decided in favour of a higher dosage. Excess magnesium is simply excreted.
A little tip: It's easy to find out whether you're taking in too much magnesium: As long as the diarrhoea limit is not reached, there is no overdose. As a rule, it is advisable to take the recommended daily dose throughout the day.
Why are there so many types of magnesium in KRAFTRESERVE?
Each form of magnesium in KRAFTRESERVE has different benefits. We therefore combine four different forms of magnesium in one complex.
- Trimagnesium dicitrate is absorbed very quickly by the body, but is only stored for a short time.
- In contrast, magnesium oxide is stored in the body for longer.
- Magnesium malate is also quickly absorbed and metabolised by the body.
- Magnesium bisglycinate is pleasant to take and highly bioavailable.

Why are some effects of Naturtreu products not explained?
The manufacturer will provide further information and explain the studies they have analysed as part of the development of their products.
However, there is the following problem: Unfortunately, for legal reasons, they cannot disclose the exact effects of herbal ingredients because dietary supplements are legally classified as food.
One reason for this is that the pharmaceutical lobby is trying very hard not to consider alternatives to chemical medicines. For this, the manufacturer apologizes, and asks you to do your own research.

The products have a shelf life of 1.5 to 2 years after manufacture. We only send products with sufficient expiry date for consumption.
Does Naturtreu use additives or fillers?
They do not use any chemical superplasticisers, unwanted additives, flavourings or colourings.
For some products you will find "rice flour" in the ingredients. This is always necessary to prevent the ingredients from sticking together during filling. Rice flour can also help to fill the capsules completely to prevent them from opening unintentionally when moving. Rice flour is ground rice and does not cause any side effects or allergies.
Are all Naturtreu products vegan?
All products are completely vegan and manufactured without animal testing.
Are all ingredients natural?

Dosage
