Fjällbergets Diggers & Deli

Founded in 2001, Fjällbergets Bageri is a well-known bakery 225 km northwest of Stockholm. This bakery specialises in gluten-free diets and produces two great brands for you: the Vilmas Knäckebröd and Swedish Protein Organic.

The bakery specializes in gluten-free and wheat-free production, which means that no products containing wheat or gluten are allowed in the production area - all to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination with gluten-containing grains.

The bakery is 100% powered by renewable energy, which is supplied from local water and wind sources. All packaging materials in the form of cardboard and cardboard packaging are recyclable and the bakery tries to use a minimum of plastic materials.

Currently, plastic packaging materials are used in some products, but in these cases there are no alternatives to baking food-safe crispbread. Consumers must then take responsibility and recycle as much as possible.
