Vitamin K2 from Woldohealth is in the form of MK-7 (all-trans menaquinone-7). Thanks to this, it has a molecular structure that has strong bioavailability, is absorbed faster and can be used by our body almost immediately. It contains 200 μg of vitamin K2 per dose. It is made purely from plant sources, so it can be used not only by vegetarians, but also by vegans.
Vitamin K is one of the so-called fat-soluble vitamins. Contributes to the maintenance of normal bone health. It is required for the activation of the protein osteocalcin. Osteocalcin forms in the bones and binds calcium to itself. Vitamin K is therefore required for adequate bone mineralisation and calcium metabolism. It is also needed to maintain optimal blood clotting.
It is packaged in a special amber glass bottle that naturally protects it from light damage and premature oxidation. Thanks to the included pipette made of natural rubber, it is very easy and precise to dispense. You can drip it directly under your tongue for faster absorption or add it to cold drinks or cold foods. One daily dose (10 drops) contains 200 μg of vitamin K2 (MK-7).
