This product is carefully crafted using organic black cumin oil, known for its immune system boosting and antibacterial properties according to traditional Chinese medicine.
Organic mango butter gives the skin the necessary elasticity and hydration, while organic thyme linalool brings strength to fight colds, while being gentle even to the smallest children.
Organic pine, with strong antibacterial and antiseptic properties, helps with respiratory problems and strengthens the immune system.
Organic incense contains, among other things, boswellic acid, which has anti-inflammatory effects. This oil can be used to support the respiratory system, e.g. it relieves all catarrhs, is anti-infectious, soothes sinus and throat infections, helps with laryngitis, colds, bronchitis. Harmonizes the breathing process.
Organic tangerine is antiseptic and its scent brings joy to children.
This product boasts the use of 100% natural organic ingredients with no added water, parabens or artificial fragrances. Its colour can range from a soft yellow to green, which is due to the natural sediment contained in the black cumin oil that is thoroughly mixed into the ointment.

Contraindications for the essential oils contained have not yet been recorded.

Nigella Sativa Seed Oil* (organic black cumin oil), Mangifera Indica Seed Butter* (organic mango butter), Thymus Vulgaris Oil* (organic thyme essential oil), Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil* (organic pine essential oil), Linalool* (natural part of essential oil), Limonene* (natural part of the essential oil), Boswellia Serrata Oil* (organic frankincense), Citrus Reticulata Peel Oil* (organic tangerine essential oil).

Usage:
- Apply a small amount of ointment to the back or chest a maximum of 6 times a day for a maximum of 7 days.
- Massage into the skin. For children aged 12 and over and adults.
- Make sure that the child does not touch the lubricated area, as they could get the ointment in their eyes, for example, which would sting due to the essential oils.
- Apply only to healthy skin without any skin disruption.
- After application, wash your hands with soap.
- It is recommended to apply at night before going to bed.
- If the skin reacts with redness, it is possible that the child is allergic to a certain component of the ointment (essential oils, mango, etc.). In this case, do not use the ointment.
- Do not use preventively. Lubricate for max 1 week, then take a break for at least a week.

The shelf life of the balm is one year, after opening it is recommended to consume within six months. They must be stored out of sunlight at temperatures below 25°C.

Who is Medarek?
It is a young family trying to live in harmony with nature. They are interested in health, beekeeping, mix their own cosmetics, like to take photos, brew their own beer and generally do many things their own way.
Lead developer - Lucie
... the driving force behind the whole family and the family "business" is Lucka, who has only limited knowledge about bees, but a greater understanding of the honey bee business.
Lucka graduated with a Master's degree in special education with a focus on speech therapy, surdopedics and specific learning disorders at Masaryk University. For five years she worked as a teacher in a speech therapy class in a kindergarten, but eventually fate took her in a completely different direction.
Some ask her if she regrets spending her time studying at college now that she's devoting her time to mixing ointments. However, she feels grateful to be her own boss (unless her son Vasik or daughter Helenka is in charge at home :)), and to be able to bring joy with her products.
It warms her heart to see that her zinc ointment helps little babies with skin problems, and she enjoys the idea of wedding guests enjoying the honey she has decorated at night.
Photographer - Standa
...he is not only the head of the family, but also a court photographer and a passionate beekeeper who is not only interested in bees and honey, but also makes his own homemade mead and beer. His genius idea was the popular wedding teddy bears :) .
Standa graduated from an industrial secondary school with a focus on mechanical engineering and after almost three years of working in the workshop he became a designer, where he spent the next 12 years. He left for work each workday with the hope that he would soon be able to stay home with his family.
And now his dream has finally come true! Standa is now probably the real driving force behind medarek.cz, where he takes care of operations, cooking, packing shipments and lovingly devotes himself to children. As a model husband, he doesn't shy away from the simple chores :).
In his spare time, he enjoys capturing nature, people, bees and sometimes his family on his camera. When he needs to stretch his stiff body, he happily reaches for his bike and heads out into the countryside.
