Terre Verdi 's Cocoa Bamboo mask and scrub in one is a product you didn't know you needed until you had it. It is a multifunctional product that fulfills the function of an exfoliating scrub and cleansing mask for the whole body, including the face.
The whole process consists of two phases:
- in the first phase, a relaxing massage and peeling is performed, during which Cocoa Bamboo stimulates blood circulation, thus helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The contained bamboo powder gently removes dead skin cells and smooths the skin.
- in the second phase, masking kicks in as RAW cocoa powder, which is packed with antioxidants, and Moroccan lava, which deep cleanses and detoxifies, work synergistically to rejuvenate your skin. Shea butter and calendula soften and soothe the skin and give it the nutrients it craves.
Please note that this product does not contain water, so you will need to wash it off thoroughly with a mild soap. The result will be beautifully soft and nourished skin.
Usage:
Take advantage of the benefits of this truly professional product and treat yourself to a peeling and full body massage once a week in the comfort of your own home. Focus on problem areas such as thighs, buttocks, shoulders, elbows, knees, abdomen, cleavage or breasts.
Massage and exfoliate in one, using slow circular movements from your feet to your face until your entire body is covered in a layer of CocoaBamboo. Then gently wrap yourself in a towel and stretch out on the bed or lounger (which you have first covered with a sheet) for 10-15 minutes and let all the ingredients work while you relax - give yourself a micro-sleep, during which you will recharge your energy, detoxify your whole body and rejuvenate your skin at the same time.
After the treatment, treat your skin to a good quality body oil, body balm or body lotion.
Note: Use this product on dry skin first, and add water only as needed and if massage is required.
Tip: When using the CocoaBamboo Exfoliating Face Mask, massage the required amount of product into dry skin in circular motions, working upwards from the chin to the forehead.
Leave the thin layer on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with soap and water - you can also use a cognac sponge for easier removal.
Finish by treating the skin with the right toner for your skin type, applying a concentrated liquid serum and a moisturiser for your skin type.
'Lock in' moisture and nutrients by applying a few drops of oil serum or pure single-grade oil of your choice.

Components and their benefits
- Shea butter - highly rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins, especially A, D, E and F. In particular, vitamin E, called tocopherol, is a very powerful antioxidant that protects cells from free radicals and thus slows aging. According to research, it has even been shown to prevent cancer (Thompson et al. 2009). The butter is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Moreover, it is really well tolerated by sensitive skin. Its properties are predestined both for normal regenerative skin care and for the treatment of irritations, burns, atopic excemas, psoriasis, dermatitis, dry diaper rash, etc. In Africa itself, shea butter has been widely used since time immemorial as a soothing and healing balm for skin injuries, to gently care for the skin, moisturize it and protect it from extreme weather conditions.
- Moroccan clay (ghassoul) - cleanses the skin deeply, detoxifies and unclogs clogged pores. Revitalizes and firms the skin. During application and washing it simultaneously performs a gentle peeling.
- Raw cocoa - rich in antioxidants, gives tired and dull skin a radiant look.
- Bamboo powder - performs gentle exfoliation while firming the skin. It has an antioxidant effect. Bamboo is one of the largest sources of silicon, a mineral that is very important for healthy and beautiful skin.
- Calendula - has incredible healing, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects. It is excellent for all kinds of skin problems including acne, eczema and lichen. It accelerates the healing of already formed pimples, but also minor injuries and scars. It also helps to heal cracked and dry patches on the skin.
