Swedish Protein Deli - gluten-free crackers rich in protein and fibre are baked with seed protein, milk protein or whey protein.
This makes the crackers rich in protein and low in carbohydrates. All cereals used are certified gluten-free. Finished products are regularly tested for the presence of gluten.
After three years of development, the bakery has succeeded in baking 100% natural grain-free crackers that contain 40-60% protein and less than 5% carbohydrates.
