Shipping Goods within the Czech Republic
- We currently cooperate with DPD Pickup service, Zásilkovna, Czech Post, and WE|DO courier (wholesale only).
- Prepayment via Comgate payment gateway or bank transfer is required for shipping.
- Cash on delivery is not possible, only upon special phone arrangement. This payment method is often abused, which is why we do not offer it.
- Free personal pickup is available at our facility in Otrokovice, Zlín Region - operating hours are between 8 AM - 3 PM.
- Address: Třída T. Bati 1556, Otrokovice, 76502. You must call ahead at 776 298 517.
- The shipping fee will be automatically added to your order, so you know exactly how much your total purchase will cost before you pay.
- Shipping prices are set according to the current price lists of DPD Pickup, CZECH POST, WE|DO, and ZÁSILKOVNA for our company, plus an additional fee to cover packaging.
Shipping Goods to Slovakia and Abroad
- We currently cooperate with Zásilkovna and WE|DO or DPD couriers (wholesale only so far).
- Prepayment via Comgate payment gateway or bank transfer is required for shipping.
- Cash on delivery is not possible.

Free Shipping
Purchase goods worth 4000 CZK or more, and you will get free shipping via Parcel to Parcel Locker or DPD Pick Up.
Why don't we offer free shipping for lower amounts?
We operate on low margins - most merchants hide the shipping cost in the increased price of their products because free shipping doesn't actually exist - it's a marketing ploy that has gotten out of hand and doesn't make business sense.
This is why we offer 'free' shipping only from the amount we can afford and do not hide anything in the product prices. Consider that even a giant like Alza.cz or Mall.cz won't give you free shipping to their pickup point. After all, they won't pay the employee at the pickup point out of their pocket. (:
Delivery Conditions
We dispatch goods that we have in stock no later than 48 hours after receiving your order and payment. If we need to order goods from our partners (for items marked 'on request'), the delivery time is extended to 7 - 21 days.
If we cannot deliver the goods within these timeframes, we will notify you in advance and refund your money. We will always inform you of the delivery date in advance, as well as when your order has been shipped, via email.
Please ensure that you provide the correct address, as we cannot refund shipping costs if the package is returned due to an invalid address.
If you are expecting a package and it has not arrived, contact us immediately as it may already be waiting for you at the post office. Often, the notification slip gets lost, and the customer thinks we didn't send the package.
Package Tracking
You will receive an email with a notification and tracking number from all couriers, which you can enter into their system. Please also check your spam folder, as our messages sometimes end up there.
Important Info
- If you return part of your order and the total value falls below 4000 CZK, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- We had to cancel cash on delivery due to the high number of returned packages for which the shipping costs were never reimbursed.
- Upon arrangement, we can offer cash on delivery for an additional fee according to the chosen courier's price list. Call us.
