Usage:
For proper functioning of the shampoo, follow the procedure below.
- Before using the shampoo , soak your hair thoroughly with warm water. Warm water will help open the hair cuticles and facilitate the absorption of nutrients.
- Apply a small amount of shampoo to the palm of the hand. Start with a smaller amount, which you can gradually add as needed.
- Gently massage the shampoo into the scalp and hair. Use your fingertips, not your fingernails, to avoid causing irritation. Massaging helps stimulate blood circulation and promotes healthy hair growth.
- After thoroughly massaging the shampoo , rinse the hair with warm water until the shampoo is completely removed.
- You can repeat the application for maximum effectiveness. The second layer of shampoo better removes styling product residues and provides deep care.
After shampooing, we recommend using soaply conditioner for even better hair hydration and protection. Apply it to the lengths and ends of the hair, leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
For optimal results, use the shampoo regularly, ideally 2-3 times a week, depending on your hair type and its needs.

Who is behind the Soaply brand
In March 2013, Dutch students Melvin and Jasper witnessed the production of natural soap in Nepal using fruit shells. These sapindus shells contain saponin, a natural form of soap that is activated in water.
Driven by this inspiration, Melvin and Jasper teamed up with Nepali shellfish grower Hari and decided to combine their student loans to bring their first shipment to the Netherlands. They believed they could bring joy to people through a great product while improving working and living conditions in Nepal.
Today, Soaply is available in online shops and brick-and-mortar stores throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and even South Korea. The brand continues to grow because the more people start using Soaply products, the more we can collectively contribute to a better life and environment.
How did it all start?
It started in March 2013 when Dutch students Melvin and Jasper saw on TV how people in Nepal were making natural soap from fruit shells. Sapindus shells contain saponin, a natural form of soap that is released when the shells come into contact with water.
Melvin and Jasper teamed up with Hari, a Nepalese shellfish farmer, and decided to pool their student loans to ship their first shipment of shells to the Netherlands. They saw an opportunity to make people happy with a great product while improving working and living conditions in Nepal!
In the meantime, Soaply is available, in online stores and brick-and-mortar stores, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and even South Korea. However, it is constantly growing because the more people use Soaply, the more we can do together for people and the environment.
What does it look like in practice?
The secret and functionality of soap is that soap, like everything else on this earth, is made up of very small particles, also called molecules. One side of this soap molecule repels water, just like a grease stain.
The other side is water-loving. One side of the soap molecule adheres to the grease stain, while the other side targets the water. This way, the soap creates a bridge between the water and the grease and allows the stain to soak out of the clothes.
Soaply uses the shells of Sapindus mukurossi fruits in all its products. These contain a natural form of soap called saponin. In your case, these molecules then come into contact with water and spontaneously release the soap.
What are the benefits of using natural ingredients in soaps?
- Gentle on the skin: natural soaps made from high-quality vegetable oils are rich in glycerin, which nourishes and softens the skin. The balanced ratio of saponified and unsaponified oils ensures that the skin will not be dry after use.
- Absence of irritants: Natural soaps do not contain any synthetic substances, artificial fragrances and dyes, petroleum, sulfates or parabens that can cause allergic reactions or harm the environment.
- Rich in active ingredients: the production of natural soaps using the cold process (below 38°C) preserves the maximum active ingredients in the added oils, butters and other natural ingredients.
- Natural scents and colours: natural soaps are scented only with quality essential oils and coloured with natural pigments such as mineral clays, plant extracts and powders. The resulting soaps thus have a rich colour and a pleasant scent.
- Versatility of use: high-quality solid natural soaps can be used not only for washing hands and body, but also for washing, cleaning or washing dishes.
All-natural soaps provide gentle and beneficial care for the skin thanks to the absence of irritants and the richness of natural active ingredients.
Is Soaply vegan and not tested on animals?
Soaply products do not contain any ingredients of animal origin. Most of them are also certified by the Vegan Society.
All products are free of animal ingredients. Soaply requires the ingredients they use to be free from animal ingredients and actively checks this with their suppliers and their supply chain.
For cosmetic products such as hand soap, this is even required by law.
All of these ingredients are natural and contain no synthetic, chemicals, artificial fragrances and colors, petroleum, sulfates or parabens that can cause allergic reactions or harm the environment.
