How to use Hydrated Clay
-
If you want to make use of the so-called suction properties of clay, such as in the case of bee stings, mosquito bites, ulcers, spider bites, nettle burns, etc., apply the gel paste directly to the skin. If the clay paste is not covered with anything, it will dry and you will feel the clay literally sucking the poison that causes the pain out of the skin/wound as it dries.
-
To use the tightening effect of clay, such as when applying a face mask to treat acne, pimples, tightening pores or minor cuts, leave the clay on the skin until it is almost - but not completely - dry and then wash it off. You can occasionally spritz a hydrolate or water in a spray bottle to moisturise - for normal skin, it is advisable to keep a clay mask on your face for at least 20 minutes. For sensitive skin only 10 minutes.
-
If you want to use the cleansing, cooling and soothing effect of the clay, for example for treating burns, scrapes or bruises, cover the gel with plastic wrap or a wet towel to prevent the clay from drying out and leave it in place for about 20-30 minutes. The clay wrap is easy to remove - just wash it off with water while gently scrubbing. Do not use the same clay pack more than once. This method will work well for children or athletes and perpetually scraped knees - you will never have to use peroxide, violet or green to painfully treat a wound full of dust and other dirt. Just literally slap a thicker layer of clay mud on the affected area, cover it with a wet towel or a large leaf if you're outdoors, and let the clay work. He will already handle it perfectly and in 30 minutes you will wash everything out of the wound, the children will not scream in pain, the wounded area will be beautifully pink, clean and disinfected, and the wound will heal much faster. It is a good idea to repeat this procedure if the injury is more serious and one wrap is not enough. It can be repeated as many times as needed. The wound will heal faster.
-
People commonly flush clay down the bathtub or shower drain, but if you are concerned about clogging your septic tank, catch it and remove it by hand. You can water your garden or houseplants with it. It is a natural source of minerals.
THE HISTORY OF BENTONITE CLAY REDMOND
The roots of the use of Redmond clay go back as far as the custom of putting a mud poultice on a bee sting. According to geologists, Redmond Clay was formed from volcanic ash that settled in seawater about 150 million years ago, where it later evolved into sodic bentonite clay. Bentonite clays are commonly divided into calcareous and sodic bentonite. Redmond Clay contains both a proportion of the mineral sodium (7.75%) and a slightly smaller proportion of the mineral calcium (1.49%), an unusual combination in natural deposits. This combination makes it highly effective for internal body detoxification as well as for effective external skin applications.
The Redmond business brings this "clay of a thousand uses" to the market in its all-natural form, containing no additives or chemical or preservatives. The clay is only crushed and sieved during the treatment. Redmond clay can be mixed with water and then used for external or internal use. Redmond clay is a naturally absorbent and mild-acting substance, serving as a sponge that soaks up impurities and toxins and removes them from your body.

Redmond clay is NOT a miracle cure. In fact, it is not a pharmaceutical drug at all! It is simply a natural "home remedy" that has been used since the beginning of the 20th century to treat a range of health problems. American brand that owns several sub-brands such as Real Salt, Earth Powder, Redmond Clay, Earth Paste and others. But one thing they all have in common - they are two high-quality and 100% pure raw materials that Redmond specializes in extracting and processing. It's Redmond clay and Real Salt. These two ingredients form the basis of most of their products and work well on their own, of course. Redmond is mined in the rare high-desert Redmond region (as the brand name refers to) in Utah. These are some of the oldest deposits, making these raw materials uniquely pristine, untouched and unpolluted by modern harmful substances.
