Chicken burger with chilli lime spice

Chicken burgers are usually overlooked compared to their beef counterparts, but these delicious Chili Lime Chicken Burgers deserve a prime spot among your recipes!

With just the right amount of onions, red peppers and coriander, they are fresh, aromatic and perfect for lunch or dinner any day of the week. These tasty burgers also contain the new Real Salt Chilli Lime seasoning, which gives them a spicy twist you're sure to love.

Ingredients

• half a kilo of organic minced chicken
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1/4 cup diced red peppers
• 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
• 1/2 tablespoon Real Salt Chilli Lime Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Real Salt Kosher salt

Procedure

• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then shape them into 3 - 4 burgers.
• Fry in a cast iron pan or non-stick frying pan until the internal temperature reaches 75 ^oC. Use ghee, avocado oil, deodorized coconut oil or beef tallow.
• We recommend topping with quality sliced cheese, avocado, spicy chilli mayo and bacon.
