Natural sweeteners and sugar
Natural sweeteners act as a healthier alternative to conventional ones. They usually have a lower glycaemic index than conventional sweeteners, are not industrially processed (bleached, etc.) and also contain more beneficial substances. One of the natural sweeteners is, for example coconut sugar or syrup or also erythritolwhich is virtually calorie-free. Even though these sweeteners are better for our bodies, we should not overdo it.
