The Paleo diet has been a fairly stable trend in healthy living lately. But what is the paleo diet? Paleo eating tries to make our diet as close as possible to what it was like in the time of our ancestors - hunters and gatherers. It is therefore based on real, minimally processed and simple foods such as various types of meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
