Dosage
- Take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
- Children and infants under 2 years of age should take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily.
- Vegetology Omega-3 dietary supplement in liquid form can be taken directly from a spoon or together with food.
- Olive oil can cause a slightly uncomfortable feeling in the throat. Don't be alarmed, it's natural and only temporary.
