Fish oil
Zinzino only uses oils that are extracted from whole, unprocessed fish in its products. Primarily wild, short-lived small fish species such as anchovies or sardines are used for this purpose. Extra virgin olive oil
Zinzino uses hand-picked olives from a special Spanish variety called Picual, which are characterized by their high omega-9 acid content and high content of antioxidant polyphenols. Polyphenols provide protection against oxidation not only of the product itself, but also of the cells in your body. In fact, most omega 3 products use vitamin E to protect the product from oxidation before consumption. The problem is that the product usually oxidizes only after consumption in the body. Why is a balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 so important?
Omega-3 long-chain fatty acids is the collective name for a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA).
