Killer of free radicals
Purple corn is the richest source of anthocyanins in the world, containing up to 10 times more than blueberries. Tests have also shown that this corn is a much better free radical 'killer' than fruit.

A 2004 study published in "The Journal of Nutrition" found that one particular anthocyanin found in purple corn - CG3 - has the potential to fight obesity and diabetes. Sweeten as desired with either raw honey or jakon syrup
Heat the milk over low heat, add the corn drink mixture, and whisk until the mixture is completely dissolved. You can consume hot, warm or cold.

1 teaspoon of this mixture
240ml hot water
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon RAW honey
Mix everything.
