Nutritional values

In one dose (4 droppers) is 30 mg of vit. C from whole foods.

For children from 1 year of age, 15 mg of vitamin C per day is recommended, which can easily be covered by a healthy diet (for example, one organic mandarin orange or a small portion of broccoli).

In case of illness, increased stress or weakened immunity, the dose can be slightly increased, but it is recommended not to exceed the maximum tolerated dose.
