Years of researching and testing the properties of black seed oil led Dr Cass Ingram to write the book The Black Seed Miracle and, together with NAHS founder Judy Kay Gray, to develop Black Seed oil and capsules. Here, we introduce a new product, CardioPlus - a combination of oil from black chickweed, which is rich in thymoquinone, with pomegranate concentrate from the Mediterranean and American Muscadine grape concentrate.

With this formulation in the product, you receive the active compound, thymoquinone, which is supposed to promote healthy oxygenation in the heart muscle. It is a natural ubiquinone. WHAT IS BLACK SEED?

CZECH: ROMAN CUMIN, BLACK CUMIN

Since time immemorial, the seed of the black-eyed Susan has been used in ancient medicine for infections, flu, digestive problems, limiting the spread of bacteria, boosting immunity, allergies and high blood pressure. This annual plant from the resinous family, with its many-lobed leaves and white flowers and capsules containing black, rough seeds called black cumin, is native to Asia, but the earliest surviving records of it are found in ancient Egypt. The oil from its seeds was found in Tutankhamen's tomb and was used by both Nefertiti and Cleopatra for beautiful skin, hair and nails and health in general. In the Arabic Canon of Medicine, Avicenna also writes about it. It was also mentioned by Hippocrates, Paracelsus and others, and we learn of its cultivation in Asia from the writings of Chinese medicine. Nowadays, there has been a rediscovery of this herb and in some countries it is the most used plant ever.

OIL FROM THE SEEDS OF BLACK CHICKWEED

The oil from the seeds of the chickweed is currently being used for all sorts of things, and although I would love to write a lot of things about it, I am forbidden by the EU to do so, so for now you are left to your own research on the internet, YouTube and books that cover this mini-miracle in detail. What I can write is that regular use of this oil helps to maintain a healthy immune and digestive system, which in turn has a positive impact on the health and appearance of your skin, hair and nails, because a healthy gut is the secret to beauty and the whole body in general. The most promising scientific research on the effects of evening primrose oil concerns its anti-bacterial properties. Apart from wild oregano, there are very few herbs or spices on the planet that have such power to kill microbes, and oil of chickweed is one of them. Thymoquinone

An active ingredient that scientists have been studying since the 1960s. It is known for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The interesting thing about it is that it acts as a free radical or as an effective super oxidative radical scavenger while protecting the anti-oxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase (GST). Both enzymes are considered important detoxifiers and are quite helpful in cellular anti-oxidant defense systemsbecause they protect the liver from toxins.

Thymohydroquinone

Similar to thymoqinone, thymohydroquinone is one of the most potent natural acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors on the ground. AChE inhibitors are chemical compounds that stop the activity of this enzyme, which causes (by hydrolytic activity) degradation of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine to form choline and acetate. Acetylcholine mediates the transmission of excitement in the central and peripheral nervous system. In the central nervous system, acetylcholine controls the secretion of many other neurotransmitters (glutamate, glycine, dopamine). It therefore has a relatively exclusive role among neurotransmitters, and a disruption of the acetylcholine pathways in the brain can lead to personality breakdown, specifically causing e.g. Alzheimer's disease. In other words, AChE inhibitors such as thymoquinone, thymohydroquinone or even carvacrol (the active ingredient in oregano oil) help increase the time that the neurotransmitter acetylcholine is active in the brain. They also increase its content in the brain.

THYMOL

The active ingredient that gives thyme essential oil its medicinal properties. It's mono-terpenwhich has many useful qualities. For example, it is commonly used as a bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal and tuberculocidal agent because it can kill various viruses. Used as a disinfectant both in the home and in the hospital, it is degradable pesticidewhich does not remain in the soil and plants and is often used in food as a flavouring, in perfumes, mouthwashes and even cosmetics.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 2 or more teaspoons daily with meals. You can add it to salads, soups, vegetables - it is very tasty.
