You won't go wrong when preparing your meat with Block House spices. Whether you like your steak medium, rare or well done, the final dish is perfectly seasoned with this German favourite seasoning blend.
The pepper steak seasoning is made according to a secret recipe and will give any meat a great spicy taste. It contains 40% of the finest black pepper, which forms the basis of an aromatic spice blend with salt, paprika, onion and a hint of fresh garlic. The whole mixture is complemented by allspice, thyme and basil.
Ingredients
Black pepper (39%), salt, invert sugar syrup, green and red pepper, onion, garlic, rapeseed oil, allspice, thyme, basil.
Usage:
- Shake before use.
- Don't use the spices in advance to avoid overcooking the peppers that are in it.
- Do not use salt either, as it is already in the spices.
- First grill/roast the meat/steak lightly for 2 - 5 minutes on one side.
- Then reverse. Season the seared or grilled side with the spice mixture.
- Once the other side is browned or grilled, repeat the process
- The spice mixture is also suitable for marinades or other types of meat - e.g. golden chicken with a crispy crust.
