• Vitamin B12 is not contained in virtually any plant food. PFLANZENHELD therefore provides many times the daily requirement of B12 in one daily dose (2 capsules).
• The body can normally make vitamin A from beta-carotene itself (beta-carotene is found in carrots and red peppers, among others), but for some people this does not work well. That is why PFLANZENHELD contains vitamin A in an easily absorbed form.
• Although iron is present in some foods, it is usually very difficult to absorb. That is why the manufacturer of PFLANZENHELD supplement took care to add a trace element in an easily absorbable form - iron gluconate.
