Instructions for preparation

Water heating

Bring the fresh water to the boil and then allow it to cool slightly until it reaches a temperature of 95 °C. If you do not have a thermometer, it is sufficient to let the water stand for about 2 minutes after boiling.

Tea or infusion?

Tea (95 °C): for a delicate and harmonious taste, use a temperature of 95 °C. This temperature is ideal for preserving the more delicate flavours and aromas.

Infusion(100 °C): if you prefer a more intense flavour and maximum extraction of the herbs, use boiling water (100 °C). This process allows more active ingredients and deeper flavours to be released, especially in herbs and spices.

Quantity of tea blend

For one cup (180 ml), use 1.5 teaspoons of the tea mixture. If you are preparing a larger quantity, adjust the amount of mixture in proportion to the volume of water.

Leaching

Pour the tea mixture into a tea strainer and place it in a cup or teapot. Pour in water at the desired temperature (95 °C for tea or 100 °C for infusion). Leave to infuse for 5 minutes to fully release all the flavours and beneficial substances.

Administration

After 5 minutes, remove the strainer with the tea mixture. Now your tea is ready to serve. For refreshment you can add a slice of lemon or sweeten with honey to taste.
