Can KUGELZEIT be taken for the entire duration of pregnancy?
Yes, KUGELZEIT is suitable for the entire duration of pregnancy.
Is KUGELZEIT also suitable for breastfeeding?
KUGELZEIT can also be taken while breastfeeding. However, you should then make sure that you do not take any other supplements containing iron, folic acid, iodine or chromium.
If you need a different food supplement during breastfeeding, switching to STILLZEIT is a suitable alternative.
Why does KUGELZEIT contain iodine?
Iodine is an essential micronutrient (i.e. indispensable for the body). The body is dependent on the supply of iodine. Iodine has numerous functions, including being a component of thyroid hormones and also influences cognitive functions and the nervous system. In addition, the need for iodine increases during pregnancy.
Can KUGELZEIT also be taken if you want to get pregnant?
If you are trying to conceive, we recommend taking MUTTERFREUDE, whereas if you are already pregnant, we recommend switching to KUGELZEIT.
Why are some of the effects of your products not explained?
The manufacturer will provide you with further information and explain the studies they have analysed in the development of their products.
However, there is the following problem: Unfortunately, for legal reasons, they cannot communicate the exact effects of herbal ingredients because dietary supplements are legally classified as food. One reason for this is that the pharmaceutical lobby is trying very hard not to consider alternatives to chemical medicines.

Where do the raw materials for Naturtreu products come from?
They leave nothing to chance for you. They carefully select their raw material suppliers and have everything manufactured exclusively in Germany.

Can the capsules also be opened (in case of swallowing problems)?
The capsules can usually be opened and the contents taken without packaging.
However, there are exceptions, such as with Florazauber, as it is a stomach resistant capsule that only opens in the intestine.

Tip for swallowing difficulties:
- Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head downwards (towards your stomach).

Keep them sealed, cool (up to 22°C), dry, protected from light and out of reach of small children.
The manufacturer recommends storing liquid products in the refrigerator after opening (not below +2 °C).

The products have a shelf life of 1.5 to 2 years after manufacture. We only send products with sufficient expiry date for consumption.
Does Naturtreu use additives or fillers?
They do not use any chemical superplasticisers, unwanted additives, flavourings or colourings.
For some products you will find "rice flour" in the ingredients. This is always necessary to prevent the ingredients from sticking together during filling. Rice flour can also help to fill the capsules completely to prevent them from opening unintentionally when moving. Rice flour is ground rice and does not cause any side effects or allergies.
Are all Naturtreu products vegan?
All products are completely vegan and manufactured without animal testing.
Are all ingredients natural?
Naturtreu only use ingredients or compounds of ingredients that are also found in nature. They ensure high quality ingredients without genetic engineering.
