The company PROBIO was founded in the 90s by Ing. Martin Hutař and Ing. Karel Matěj, who decided to focus on the production of organic food. The small company has grown into the largest organic food producer in the Czech Republic with more than 120 employees, three organic mills and its own organic farm.
They focus on traditional crops such as spelt and buckwheat and bring them to modern customers in the form of quality organic food, including gluten-free products produced in a certified mill.
