Instructions for preparation
1) Bring fresh water to the boil and then allow it to cool slightly until it reaches 95 °C. If you don't have a thermometer, you can let the water stand for about 2 minutes after boiling.
2) For one cup of tea (180 ml), use 1.5 teaspoons of mint tea blend. If you are preparing a larger quantity, adjust the amount of tea mixture in proportion to the volume of water.
3) Pour the tea mixture into a tea strainer and place it in a cup or teapot.
4) Pour the prepared water at 95 °C over the tea mixture. Let the tea infuse for 5 minutes to release all the medicinal and tasty ingredients.
5) After 5 minutes, remove the strainer with the tea mixture. You can serve the tea immediately.
If you wish, you can sweeten the tea with honey or add a slice of lemon for an even more refreshing taste.
