Instructions for use
- As a dietary supplement, take at least 10 drops under the tongue with food 3 times a day. More can be used.

A miracle called Oregano
The wild oregano plant, native to the Mediterranean mountains, was widely used in ancient Greece - its Greek name, oros ganos, literally means "mountain delight". This plant is completely superior in quality and effectiveness to the common oregano grown in Mexico or other countries.
The oregano plant is absolutely exceptional in its composition. NAHS employs collectors from local villages who collect the herbs by hand in areas that lie at an altitude of nearly 4 km, where they grow freely on the mineral-rich, rocky soil. NAHS supports limited harvesting to preserve and protect these rare herbs. It is this soil that makes the local oregano an exceptional antioxidant.
Oregano oil is considered to be the world's most powerful natural antibiotic and antiseptic - it is an effective killer of parasites, viruses, bacteria, yeast and fungi. P73 indicates a high percentage of polyphenol content in this particular brand of oregano oil, the minimum being 65%. These are bactericidal phenols such as carvacrol (substances that kill harmful bacteria).

According to Dr. Ingram makes it impossible for any manufacturer to claim that their brand of oregano oil contains over 80% carvacrol without adding synthetic carvacrol or some other adulterant to the extract, as it is very difficult to get that percentage from a wild-growing herb.
